I’ve met people suffering pain along this path and have also seen the incredible power that can be found by simply expressing ourselves in our own unique way.

I began noticing increasing emotional health needs among adults and children more than a decade ago. This realization sparked a lasting commitment to emotional literacy and preventative mental health measures. By blending both prevention and treatment of psychological conditions through creative, reflective, and evidence-based approaches for both adults and children, I have been fortunate to have helped many along the way.
